We represent landlords and tenants in the District of Columbia .  Both parties have interest that should be protected and enforced.  Landlords provide a needed service and the tenant should receive a service that they can enjoy without interruption.  When there is a problem, our firm is prepared to assist either party in enforcing their rights under the law.

Our firm seeks to provide the landlord or the tenant with insightful and practical advice.  We provide guidance to our clients in enforcing  lease agreements.

We  preserve and protect the landlord's expectations and interests,  by creating  a contract the landlord can enforce.  We also assist the tenant by preserving their rights  in the lease.
